Experienced Technology HR Leader to Build, Scale and Oversee World-Class People Team

 

Palo Alto, CA (August 25, 2022) — Databook, a revenue technology company, today announced that Marta Molina Paul has been named the company’s Senior Vice President, People Operations. In this role, Marta is responsible for scaling and leading the company’s talent development and human capital growth plan, including total rewards, Learning & Development, and employee relations. She will report directly to Databook CEO & Co-founder Anand Shah.

Marta is a Silicon Valley veteran, with decades of experience in both large tech companies and early-stage startups. Most recently, she was the Head of HR at ThoughtSpot, where she oversaw global recruiting, people operations, total rewards, learning and development, and performance management. Previously, she led the global HR organization for Zoom Video Communications, where she successfully scaled people operations from its early stage through to their successful IPO, earning Glassdoor’s 2nd Best Place to Work in 2019. She has also worked in HR for both Cisco and Fortinet. Marta holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Phoenix.
